At Rosewood Kitchens we are confident that we offer the best possible price and service and back this up with a comprehensive Price Beat Guarantee.

Our policy is to Beat any High Street Competitor which trades on the same basis to Rosewood Kitchens, offers the same quality of product and high level of service. Please see our terms and conditions below.

High Street Competitor

Businesses not deemed to trade on a comparable basis include internet or mail-order only businesses, showrooms attached to internet-only companies, warehouse based businesses, pop-up or temporary shops, collection points, auction sites or factory outlets.

Furthermore, we don’t match competitors who are in administration or closing down.

What Products do we Beat on Price

For products to be eligible for our Price Beat policy they must be of the same quality, construction and finish, with the same conditions of sale, delivery times and service conditions that we offer. Where the product or service offering from a competitor is of an inferior quality and/or lower production cost, we reserve the right to offer a ‘best price’ for our closest comparable product but are in no way bound to offer this alternative at a lower price and we reseve the right to revoke this best price offer at any point prior to acceptance by the customer via a cleared full or partial payment.

What We Need

A quotation showing the brand and model of the kitchen, a list of all accessories and décor panels included in the quotation, with a price inclusive of all taxes, delivery and any other charges the company may apply.

What Prices do We Beat

The competitor’s prices need to be publicly available to all customers and not be as a result of special discounts applied to smaller groups of individuals not being the general public. For us to accurately price we need to have a full list of all items included in the competitor’s quotation including any units, accessories, décor panels etc. The price must apply to a new, identical, individual product, which if not of the same make, model, size and colour is of an equal standard of construction, finish and material.

How do We Compare Service Conditions

We always aim to offer you the best possible service, so we have a range of delivery options, as well as fitting and installation services if you require them. Our price-monitoring team look carefully at how the competitor sells the product, to ensure that it’s comparable to our offer in the following ways:

  • Bespoke Product

All our products are made bespoke to order. This enables us to quickly and easily manufacture and deliver custom made products. We work to a 4 week lead time from the point of order and any changes to this will be advised at the time of ordering.

In the unlikely event of a problem with a delivered item, we operate a 7 day lead time for remedial orders and will often courier specific items within 48 hours of the original delivery. Please see further our Terms of Delivery attached to the bottom of all our estimates and receipts.

  • Fitting or Installation Services

We carefully select our fitting and installation providers to ensure that they match the quality of the products we sell. We will consider lowering the combined price of the product and the service, but only if a competitor’s installation service is comparable in terms of quality. We compare things like the scope of the workmanship, the quality of the materials used, the timescale for completing the work and the accreditation of the fitters.

Competitor Sales and Promotions

We beat price-based promotions given at the point of purchase, but we don’t consider service or reward-based promotions, such as trade-ins, cashbacks, extended warranties or express delivery. If a competitor is running a very short-term promotion, we may not have a chance to beat the stated price, if the promotion has ended or can no longer be verified.

Temporary or Exclusive Discounts

We do consider temporarily discounted prices, including any publicly-available voucher codes that are published alongside the product at the point of purchase, or on the competitor’s website. We don’t consider special prices that are only available to certain customers, for instance negotiated prices or prices for groups such as account holders, reward card, employee or other loyalty schemes or club members. We don’t consider prices that are only available through third-party websites, or with voucher codes issued to individual customers or groups.

Special and Export Orders

We will consider beating the price on special order lines that aren’t part of our normal range. We will also consider beating prices for orders destined for overseas export. But we reserve the right to refuse to match prices on all such orders where it would be uneconomical for us to do so. We will let you know if we are able to beat a price at the point of confirming your order, as after this point we are unable to consider further price match requests.

Agreed Price

Any price that is agreed between Rosewood Kitchens and its customer will be agreed prior to the Customer placing an order. Payment of the deposit and or balance by the customer will be taken as agreement and acceptance of any Price Beat Terms. Furthermore, given the bespoke nature of the kitchens, and the services offered both up until the point of confirming the order at the factory and beyond, the price beat policy is not applicable on any kitchens for which the deposit or balance has already been paid.
